The scopes:
A renovation of the existing home, with the main kitchen, and 4 bathrooms.
The addition of a fully independent ADU. The ADU was designed to serve as a comfortable and private living space, complete with two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a full in-law kitchen, ideal for extended family or flexible living arrangements.
From the outset, our goal was to ensure that the new addition felt like a natural extension of the home, not an afterthought.
